Antonio Galván

(Mexico) Trainer, Consultant, Entrepreneur, and Educator.
Antonio Galván is the founder, CEO, and senior trainer and consultant at Galika, a training and consulting firm based in Mexico with operations worldwide. He specializes in leadership development and corporate strategy, with a strong emphasis on purpose-driven initiatives.  experience includes the design and execution of projects for more than 150 clients in 10 countries, ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to small and medium-sized companies; as well as serving on the board of directors of several international organizations. Some of his observations have been published in academic books and journals and have collaborated with international leading thinkers like Manfred Kets de Vries and Gary Hamel. Antonio is also the founder and current director of Wikinamics, a Latin American initiative that aims to advance the foundations of experiential learning based on the principles of openness and collaboration. His previous professional experience includes Corporate Financial Reporting and financial audit leader in Mexico and abroad. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, a master's degree in Business Economics, and certifications in Neuroleadership, Six-Sigma, and Advanced Management.
