Jose Pablo (JP) is the Development Director at UWC Costa Rica. JP joined UWC Costa Rica in August 2019. An alumnus of UWC-USA '06, JP rejoined the UWC movement in 2015 in UWC-USA where during his tenure he worked in the Advancement, Admissions, and Residential Life departments. He holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management with an emphasis on Strategic Communication and Leadership from the Norcross Graduate School of High Point University, NC. JP is passionate about applying experience design, innovation, and human-center approaches to service design and philanthropy practices.
